Mocha Layer Cake
This cake was an instant classic, in terms of flavor and the dear film quote. As usual, it was made by Sweetpea Bakery for a friend's surprise birthday party.
Sliced, and enjoyed.
A real blog post coming soon enough....cake = good.....

Oh man, what I wouldn't do for a slice of cake about right now...sigh...and I've already eaten a VCTOTW sexy low-fat vanilla cupcake this afternoon.
That cake looks delicious! And I love the icing!
Am I missing out on some geeky film reference? I'm afraid I don't understand the quote... :( Nevertheless, the cake looks delicious!

It was my birthday the other day too! Can I just say that vegan cake ROCKS- I cannot tell the difference in taste at ALL, and neither can any of my omni friends!

a long time ago, I was vegan for 2 years and I know sometimes I would kill for a rich creamy chocolate cake :-) that is probably why my will broke along the way :-( now after two years of crap diet, I am re-living my vegan journey again with my 21-day vegan challenge, as from what I was told, it takes three weeks to change one´s habits....
I ll be back for more inspiration :-)
Best song ever!
