I bought more teese.
Didn't see that happening so soon, but it did.
So, I made more pizza:
purchased from Food Fight! $7.50 a pound.
I haven't used it again since this pizza last week, and it's nice to know it freezes well.
Bulk tofu from Ota Tofu, new tote bag, bulk Soy Curls and Zelda in the shot...

7.50 a pound isn't bad. I feel like raw cashews at New Seasons go for about that much.
TJF - Right now they are only distributing mozzerella, but cheddar will be coming soon.
Specialty cheeses certainly go above and beyond $7.50/lb so I don't mind.
Teese looks so melty and yum...Cool that it freezes.
And I love Zelda. Great name for a great cat.
