Portland, Podcasts and a Shiitake Dill Frittata

You know how I'm always going on about how I'm always going on about my life in Portland?

Now you can listen to Webly and myself some more! If you want to....since we've recorded our first two Stumptown Vegans Podcasts.

The first two are online NOW, and are about our PDX favorites, and cheap-ass dining around town. Look for a new one every other month or so.
Thanks, and bear with us as we learn the ropes of conversing with microphones.

Onto some food in Portland..

Tofu Scramble (ahem, cube toss) from Genie's Cafe.
With house smoked tomatoes, spinach, black beans and garlic. Side of roasted potatoes and rye toast, waiting for marionberry jam. This is one of my three favorite scrambles in town, thanks to the tomatoes and proximity to my apartment in SE. Crack of Noon Test Kitchen Shiitake Dill Frittata
Hell yes.

My plate from Katie's PPK Brunch Potluck this past weekend, featuring Joanna's Gluten Free biscuits and gravy~

Oh, you're so brave! I hate hearing my recorded voice. The two of you have great recorded voices, though. More podcasts!

Oh how I wish I could find marionberries here in Texas. Whenever I'm up in Oregon visiting my parents I stuff myself silly with them. Definitely the greatest berry ever!!

Hey Jess! I can't wait to hear you talk about portland and food. Sounds fantastic! What a great idea too! Next thing you know you and Webly will have your own radio show!

Anyway - the brunch looks great, especially the biscuits and gravy. I could eat that all day long!

Mmm, brunch! I love a good potluck, of course. I love that your visitor map shows that I'm reading from Berlin!
