I subbed a tiny bit of agave for some of the rice vinegar, because rice vinegar is a lot for me to take. Both the asparagus and the tofu were topped with toasted sesame seeds. I'm looking forward to my leftovers of all of this tommorow~ Best meal I've made and enjoyed in quite a bit.
Thomas took a photo of his dinner while I was napping this weekend, quite a pleasant surprise to find as was uploading the photos~ Faux chicken sandwich with tomato, baby spinach & Vegenaise on whole wheat bread, with french fries and ketchup. Classic!
No Mid-Week munchies for me, but I'll pick up some greens and veggies from the weekday farmer's market lunch visit tommorow.

Which farmer's market do you go to? I went to the one at People's last week, and bought some good stuff, but it sure wasn't very big. I suppose I'm still spoiled from living in California.
yummm!!!!! everything looks punk rock delish awesome .. *I gotta find a new word now*
Looks great!! I haven't been able to find this Soy Vay sauce, and it sounds like a winner from what I've seen on yours and Nancy's blogs. Need to find this stuff!
that tofu looks good. did you roll the rice into balls?
That's very cute of Tommy of take a picture of his food.
Your blog never fails to make me hungry!! Yum, yum, yum.
I tried the Soy Vay once, and it was incredibly sweet -- too sweet for me.
I love that the front-most french fry looks like it's stalking the ketchup puddle.
Yummy food, by the way!
Danielle - it is a very very sweet sauce, I definitely add szechuan sauce to spice it up when it's just for me. My boyfriend on the other hand thinks it's fine the way it is.
