Tempeh Sausage Pastry Puffs with Navy Bean Gravy

Testing. Testing.

For Isa Chandra Moskowitz's upcoming Vegan Brunch cookbook
(formerly being called Crack of Noon). For those of you newish to reading, I was also a recipe tester for Veganomican and a tester for next year's Vegan Cookies book. It's exciting stuff.

Tempeh Sausage Pastry Puffs with Navy Bean Gravy

Served with nutritional yeast & miso roasted cauliflower & yellow squash (not a tester).
I wanted greens, but all I had was yellows.

Wow, those look scrumptious! Funny, the title sounds totally gross (sausage and pastry? - blech!) but the pictures made me drool a little bit :)

Hey Eleanor,
I vote Blossoming Lotus and Nutshell. You also must stop at Sweetpea and check out the mini-mall.

eleanor, I second chelsea's choices! make sure to stop at food fight! as well for some nachos. Vita is also a great omni-friendly option on NE Alberta.
