This weekend I made Julie's Spicy Italian Sausages from Everyday Dish.
I made a half batch of a Spicy Sundried Tomato and Basil version (thank you, cube of pesto in the freezer for months!), and although I had to steam them longer than instructed due to halving the recipe and still using the full amount of liquid and grabbing ingredients to make up for it - I'm happy with them, and know they'll come out ever *better* next time. There will be a next time!
I think we even like these better than Sundried Tomato and Basil Seitan O'Greatness !
Getting ready to steam:
So big!
Sliced, panfried and served onto a slice of garlic bread with fire roasted marinara, red bell pepper and 'parmesan' (nooch, miso, sea salt, ground cashews). Great, great, great!
If you like Tofurkey, I seriously recommend giving the recipe a try, and even adapting it with your favorite flavor combos.
Get Sconed! has MOVED!

I love these! I only have one left from the batch I made. They're fun as patties too!

Everyone's been posting about sausages lately. I have to admit, they do look mouth-watering.

So glad you liked the sausages. Can't wait to see what new flavor combos you come up with.

I didn't know this Italian and oil-less way to make vegan sausages. Thanks.
