Full.

Okay, I've actually been eating quite well-rounded and healthier lately despite the comfort-food craving weather, but with Sweetpea Bakery & Cafe now selling donuts, I couldn't resist splitting a Boston Cream donut, made by a lovely PPKer, with Ms. Veganshizzle after lunch today....

I had a deeeelicious TLP for an early lunch today at the newly re-opened Red & Black Cafe on SE 12th @ SE Oak (round the corner from the mini mall).

Dinner was a Mulita from Taqueria Los Gorditos, a great and relevant meal before a mysterious project.

I am so glad I ate so many beans and veggies yesterday!

Is portland undergoing some sort of vegan revolution?! I'm so jealous - I wish we had stuff like that where I live! I would be in that new bakery every day eating donuts!

Speaking of full, I went to Wildwood last night and completely left overwhelmed with food...Anyway, I am excited to try the Red and Black cafe sometimes soon!

Ok, that donut looks heavenly! Next time I'm in P-town, I'm fully hitting up those tasty spots you recommended! Hip-hip-hooray for beans and veggies!

Everything looks so good Jess. I should know better than reading your posts when I'm hungry! Why do I have to live all the way on the other side of town, away from Sweet Pea and Los Gorditos? I need that donut now!

I, myself, have been doing pretty good keeping on top of veggies, fruits and whole grains, but it really is a struggle with the cold front. And seeing that donut isn't helping. Ahh! It looks soooooo unbelievably yummy!

Ack, no. I must focus on the other tasty pictures you've posted!
