Tofu Florentine, Avocado Key Lime Pie and a lot of tempeh

Veganomican Test Kitchen Tofu Florentines

Avocado Key Lime Pie from The Artful Vegan

Tempeh bacon, 123s and chreese and a side salad. I have been craving tempeh!
Also pictured are Veganomican Test Kitchen Caeser Salad with broiled tempeh and roasted garlic croutons, a tofu scramble and tempeh bacon breakfast, and roasted delicatta squash rings with paprika, agave, olive oil and sea salt.

mm mm mm love that tempeh. I don't think you can ever have too much of it (well, maybe...but not really).

I gotta say, I hate 123z & Chreese. I bought some last night out of desperation, and they were okay for a few bites. Then it just got awful. You make them look so good though!

I can't help it, I loooove 123s! I absolutely hated the first one I tried, though, I think it was the elbows...I only like the 123s and the shells.

I've been in a tempeh mood lately too. It's just so good!

How was that pie? I'm a key lime pie fan... mmm!

Before I went vegan, Macaroni and cheese was one of my favorite things. I am going to have to try and find the 123 cheese at whole foods...
Love pie as well. I've only had key lime pie once, but never vegan.

I must say I have yet to find a way for my family to enjoy tempeh.. I enjoy it.. but, my family is not on board YET>>> ..

We have tried the 123's..w/mixed results here and at 2.00 bucks plus shipping we haven't tried them again...
take care

I will have to try the 123s, you do blog about them often (or so it seems to me).

How was the avocado key lime pie? (italicize "was" in your mind). The raw people make pudding with avocado, but I have yet to get my brain to accept the idea of avocado as a dessert item.

I've never heard of 123s - I'll check it out. Everything looks terribly delicious. I'm glad to see the avocado pie. I've been dying to make one.

I love avocados. And key lime pie. It looks like a brilliant idea to combine the two.

All of your food is beautiful. I wish I ate like that more often.

I made the 123's the first week I went vegan....bad idea! I think I might like it more now that I have acquired a taste for things like that.
That pie looks heavenly.

Avocado key lime pie--intriguing. I may have to check to see if my library has The Artful Vegan.

i think this is the first artful vegan post picture i've seen -- i love the cookbook & restaurant, but it is a bit intimidating!

everything looks amazing! Avocado Key Lime Pie... delicious!

I have had the 123's and I liked them... it's nice to have an alternative to kraft or even Annie's.. my kids liked them too, which is saying a lot.
