greens & chickpeas

We went out to dinner earlier this evening, and had amazing cups of soup at Salvador Molly's: roasted red pepper and potato creaminess.
I did have time on my hands when we got home so I made my lunch for tommorow: a sautee with olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, very small amount of salt & pepper & tamari, organic chickpeas, roasted red pepper, organic green beans and organic baby spinach.

Wow, that's a lot of green. I wish I liked greens. I mean, they're SO good for you... but alas.
