Monday night, she bought some kernels in bulk from New Seasons and went to work.
Use the leftover peanut butter caramel + cayenne + sea salt + corn syrup + chocolate chips + stovetop popped corn and an oven for 30 minutes and she had a result!
Anticipate no more.
Here's a recipe link for classic vegan caramel corn. Check out the Fueled by Popcorn zine for Webly's!

Hey Jess, I posted this question on the PPK forum but wanted to know if you would have any recommendations for Veg-Friendly restaurants right near Providence hospital in Portland. My dad will be there over Thanksgiving week for bone marrow treatments and my whole family will be there for at least Thrusday (Thanksgiving) and Friday. None of us know portland, none of us want to be far from the Hospital (my Mom especially!)
Lucky for me, nearly all my family is vegetarian, several of us are vegan - I was wondering if you knew of any place Veg friendly that would be OPEN on Thanksgiving? I would LOVE any helpful ideas you might have!!
Thanks - Tofu Mom
Now, see, this is a very, very good reason why I should never troll the blogs on an empty stomach.
Suddenly, I am craving spicy peanut butter chocolate caramel corn like crazy.
Oh noes!
WHOA, this sounds amazing!
Mr. Beagle would LOVE this!
