friendly

Erin and Hillary enjoying some vegan cake at Vita Cafe - Chocolate & Irish Oatmeal.

I don't post much about my personal life, but I know these two friends want to see themselves in the Get Sconed! spotlight -
Not only are these two of my best friends from college, we all live in the same state again!
7 years later! From Boston to Portland (and one in Corvallis).

People who live in Oregon who aren't vegan! Shocker!
But they're totally respectable, even when it's mojito time.

It's almost too good to be true!

p.s. Happy Birthday to another friend, Broke Ass Vegan!

Awww, it's great that your buddies are here! It's so important to have girlfriends to complain to and drink with! Haha. And I want some cake...

My co-worker went to Vita and ate birthday cake there and is still complaining! She came to work on Monday saying she wish she had bought a cake from me. I hope your friends have had your cake so they know Piece of Cake isn't what all vegan cake tastes like.

Non-vegans in Oregon? That is pretty crazy. It's so awesome that they've moved across the country and are reunited with you again!!

Hi there! I lived in Portland last year, but (very) sadly, I'm back here in Florida! Anyway, when I go back, I LOVE going to Vita! It's the best. We don't have much vegan-friendly fare here, aside from the health-food store and plain pasta with veggies and salads, so I dearly miss PDX! Tempeh Reuben, sign me up!
