Wow! That is all so gorgeous. I'm not sure I can wait until Isa and Terry publish their next books!

Oh my goodness...you have two favorites of mine, collards...and shortbread. Well, I don't like them together of course, but you know...one after the other. The veggie sausage looks terrific with the greens, and that shortbread looks dreamy.

Omgosh! That's a great name for a cookbook. Can't wait for it to come out. Mmmm... vegan omelette... and shortbread! Haven't had that since back when I was an omni.

Must. Make. Sausages. yum!

I've had hit and miss results with vegan omelets thus far, but that one looks like perfection!

!!! That omlette looks so real it's scary!

(I bet it tastes much better than a real omlette, though)

I LOVE shortbread cookies! Do you just end up with a ton of leftovers? What do you do with all of them?

Hey Megan! I often make half batches to cut down on excess randomness, and always bring my creations to work. Sometimes I send them off with Thomas.
Let me know if you ever want to try anything, since you're so nearby~ (there is a chocolate cheesecake from My Sweet Vegan currently here..)

That omelet looks fantastic. It actually resembles an egg omelet. I can't wait until that book comes out so I can get the recipe!

Hey Jess! I would LOVE to try something! Let's figure out a handoff. I go right by your work on my way home on my bike so as long as it won't get smashed I can stash it in my bag!
