Brunch perfections & some more..

Cherry Almond and Strawberry Almond muffins (VWAV) and
small
Strawberry-Banana Muffins:Strawberry Muffin all pink before baking.
From Paradox Cafe:Corn cakes and veggie sausage.

Salad of carrots, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, lettuce, spinach and baked Italian tofu pieces.
Vegan & vegetarian tacos. (Yves Ground with taco seasoning, cherry tomatoes, hot sauce, lettuce and shredded cheddar on Thomas'.
Indian inspired tofu scramble with zucchini, chickpeas, carrots, cherry tomatoes, potatoes and peas.
Basic Tofu scramble - this one is not fully cooked yet, but I love the bright yellow and green from the chard.

I'm a sucker for breakfast foods. Everything really looks wonderful.

Your strawberry muffins inspired me as I still had some berries left in the fridge. Google helped me find a strawberry banana muffin recipe which I tweaked. They are cooling in the kitchen.

BTW - Drop me an email, so I can send you a mojito bar when it is ready!

What did you think of the cherry almond muffins? I so want to make those. Fresh cherries are out now so I thought this would be a perfect time to make them.

I was sad to learn Dan dislikes squash and zucchini. I feel like he's holding me back. Haha. I had to toss a bunch of squash. I can only handle so much myself.

Do you get fruit flies? They my cherry tomatoes.
