~A dough with little sugar, that includes chopped walnuts and is rolled in powdered sugar while still warm~
These were cookies I actually liked when I worked at a bakery/cafe in high school. They stuck in my head and I decided to veganize the recipe last winter, and they've been very well received the few times I've made them. They were mistaken as lemon bars once, but we'll ignore that.
