I just got some of that cur...Yay, Farmer's Market! I just got some of that curry paste (the mussaman curry one) at Food Fight last week and made it hoping it would be excellent but... it wasn't. Every time I try to do thai curry at home there's a flavor missing and I just can't put my finger on it. Do you know what it is? I was hoping this one would work out because it didn't call for fish sauce, just said to mix in coconut milk.
