I ...Jess--we probably were there at the same time! I only completed 2 years there before transferring to a different school to finish up (I changed my major and as much as I loved Emerson, they didn't have much to offer once I decided to switch majors). I was there for 2000-2001 and 2001-2002. Small world!

CourtneyAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20074840.post-20334861728311467292007-11-08T18:03:00.000-08:002007-11-08T18:03:00.000-08:00vegetalion - I am so impressed that TJ's went all ...vegetalion - I am so impressed that TJ's went all vegan. I remember when my boyfriend and I first noticed the "vegan menu" in the window and thought it was a joke, haha. I'd be honored if you came to dinner on the 8th!

Courtney - thank you for jumping in! I don't know if we attended at the same time, obviously - but I was class of 2004 (though I finished in winter 2004). <3 Buddha's.jess (of Get Sconed!)https://www.blogger.com/profile/03050850188031153281noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20074840.post-15272541337324507092007-11-08T15:58:00.000-08:002007-11-08T15:58:00.000-08:00Oh my goodness--you went to Emerson College?! There just simply aren't enough white chocolate recipes in the vegan world.

I like Buddhas, but Grasshopper has won me over. I try not to visit more than twice a year because the sodium in the food is astronomical. I always feel like a big balloon when I leave there. They're on the pricy side, but so worth it, even if all you get is appetizers.

Some of my favorite dishes in Seattle are actually vegetarian dishes and non-vegetarian restaurants.

Have fun while you're here!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
