The chickpeas came out pretty great. I also bought dried red kidney and black beans today for very homemade chili I want to make.<BR/><BR/>Vegancore- The sweet potato theme fortunately didn't overwhelm, I assume because textures and flavor contrast salt/sweet was there.<BR/><BR/>Danielle- It was very tasty, and now have 6 or so in the freezer, plus I got to sorta like a homemade veggie burger, which I'm proud of.<BR/><BR/>Emily-that stinks- I wish you chickpea luck in the future! Perhaps I bought beans that were old, but I had lots of bad ones I had to pick out and tons of them split after I cooked them.
