Mmmmmmm cookies. I've always avoided that recipe because peanut butter cookies aren't my favorite, but man those looks good.

Now THAT'S a monument I'd go out of my way to see.

Thanks you guys! The cookies were kinda heavy clif bar like, but in the good way. Fortunately, we gave a bunch of them away to neighbors, so eating habits are still on track.

PB cookies, yum! Isn't funny that our posts about cookies always get the most responses from other bloggers?

Yummy!

Have you tried the original choc chip cookie recipe in VwaV? I didn't have very much luck w/ that one.

Yum! See, I am a firm believer that no dessert is worth eating unless there is chocolate in it or on it. The only way to make pb cookies taste even better... They look amazing too.

Julie - The trick with the chocolate chip cookies is totally cream the margarine first - super well. A mixer works best. I've also cut the margarine in half and added a little soy milk, and that has worked well.

Thanks everyone! I agree, these definitely deserved chocolate chips.

And Joe - ; )
