Garlic knot extravaganza (or some)

Garlic knots, garlic breadsticks, mucho garlic butter (earth balance), roasted asparagus with fresh lemon juice, garlic, sea salt and olive oil. Thank you Trader Joe's pizza dough ; )
I used to spread earth balance or olive oil and garlic on before baking - with some research (this time thank you Emeril, oh snap) I learned the beauty of baking and then brushing with butter and garlic and a small shake of oregano. I used a pastry brush to spread the goodness on, next time I think I'll go all out and toss them in it.

This seriously looks like it came from my house... but I haven't used the oven in almost 3 months now, so its for sure yours!

Looks great and I do the same "brushing" the oil and spices. Yum to that.

Another reason I'm bummed that summer is coming (I'm not a fan of the heat aka whiny fair skinned girl)....less of an excuse to use the oven more often! Oh, I miss real winters.

Oh man, garlic knots... I don't know why I've never made these, but I'm pretty sure I need to do it soon. Very soon.

I'm not a fan of the heat either, but I don't even really have the fair-skinned thing to fall back on. I'm just a wimp.
